Your dream job
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WILL LOOK LIKE THIS:
» Balancing accounts receivable on a daily basis
» Respond to various inquiries from French and English-speaking customers
» Perform month-end balancing according to fiscal period (balancing reports) as well as calendar month-end balancing, and forward statements of account to the appropriate people.
» Provide administrative support to the credit department as required.
» Sort and distribute internal and external mail, distribute faxes
AND, BY THE WAY :
» Open claims files and create return merchandise numbers
» Make calls to follow up on product returns.
» Perform all other related tasks

» Holds a degree in accounting and administration (an asset)
